I’d love to see a video on this because this method does not work. Its worse then worthless. If your not connected to the internet while doing the restore, your going to encounter errors. Regardless of what “state” your phone is in, its still going to verify the firmware downgrade with the apple servers and give you the standard “can’t use requested build” error message.
